Only individuals belonging to families in financial hardship may benefit from the concessions.
Families with an Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator (ISEE) of less than 15,000.00 (fifteen thousand) euros are considered to be in a condition of economic hardship, or less than 30,000.00 (thirty thousand) euros in the case of families with at least four dependent children.
Finally, residency in the building where the photovoltaic system installation works will be carried out is required. This requirement ensures that the bonus is intended for families who actually live in the building and intend to use the energy produced for their own needs.
the system is built for self-consumption, connected to consumption users for which, at the time of submitting the application for access to the benefits, the electricity supply contract is active in the ownership of the beneficiary or another member of the family unit;
Real estate units registered in group A of the cadastral categories are permitted, with the exclusion, in any case, of real estate units registered in categories A1, A8, A9 and A10;
the installation of the panels must take place on roofs and/or surfaces, real estate units and/or appurtenances, of which the beneficiary is the owner;
provide for a nominal power of the photovoltaic systems of no less than 2 kW and no more than 6 kW, and in any case of a power no greater than the contractual power withdrawn from your energy supplier;
In particular, the incentive provides for a capital contribution equal to the costs incurred for the implementation of the interventions and the provision of services, within the following maximum limit:
